This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment complex that the people the workers the people in the office are so wonderful and so nice. I've never really lived in such a nice place. If you need something they're there right away. If I can give these guys 10 stars I would or 50.It's the most beautiful place I've ever lived in and everything is right down the hill shopping buses it's an absolute wonderful place to live.

Danielle is the sweetest, funniest, most caring person I have met and makes living here 10 times better, mostly.

The staff members are the best. I don’t know what I’d do without Raven, Danielle, and even Victor!!! You guys rock! Would’ve been stressed out during this hard time period; thank you so so much.

The only thing I would like to see happen differently is getting at least 3 months notice if our rent is going to go up. Other then that I love living at Rosewood Club. Office and maintenance staff is great.

It came down to moving here or another place. My friend decided on other place and we decided Rosewood and are so glad we did! Staff is awesome and very helpful, property is kept up nicely, LOVE the new laundry room and they answer the phones! My friend wishes she could say the same. Sorry for her, but MERRY CHRISTMAS to us!!!! A great place to call home...best gift ever!

Love all of the upgrades that are taking place. We are so glad we decided to stay here!

All I can say is WOW!! They are in the process of painting, changing out doors and who knows what else. The colors look amazing!!! We love living here and are so glad we opted to stay!!

We have been here for over 2 years now and are really enjoying our apartment. The maintenance and office staff are very friendly and do their best to make sure everything is taken care of. Parking is incredible as there are both covered and open spaces by each building making it very easy to find a place all hours of the day. Love love LOVE the new laundry room and machines. There is even an app that can be downloaded so we know which machines are available without leaving our apartment and it also lets us know when our laundry is finished so we do not have to wait around. Anything you could possibly want is close by. As far as noise goes it all depends on your neighbors. We have lived in two different buildings and have not personally had any issues, but some people that have inconsiderate neighbors can hear things such as music and running on the cat walks. Pretty decent place for the money we pay for rent. Glad we chose to stay here.

Danielle is such a sweetheart. She couldn't do enough to help us through the rental process. She is representing your company in high esteem. You have a gem of an employee! I look forward to having a long rental history with Rosewood because of Danielle. Thank you.

These folks are incredible. From the moment I called Rosewood Apartments I was treated like family. I was previously renting at Autumn Ridge Apartments, apparently "luxury" apartments they proclaimed. Let me tell you the Apartments at Autumn Ridge are FAR from luxury and I wouldn't pay a nickel extra for vaulted ceilings and a staff that's completely disrespectful & unprofessional at the highest degree. Luckily I stumbled upon these wonderful people at Rosewood and never looked back. The Apartments at Rosewood are exactly what I was looking for. A homey vibe with an incredible atmosphere. These cute little apartments are tucked away in a group of large pine trees that remind me of living in the country, even the air smelt much cleaner because of this. At night it seems as if you are in the woods while sitting on the back porch. Truly enlightening. I scored a 1bd, 1bath that comes with full access to a 24hr gym along with a badass laundry room with state of the art equipment. If you asked me about the management, well. I'd say they are hands down, the nicest most welcoming team spokane has to offer when it comes to the Apartment game. Making my move in day effortless with how they prepared my paperwork along with welcoming me with gift baskets full of apartment goodies. I'm now a few months into my new home, and I rate this place 10 out of 10. 5 stars. Couldn't be happier. :D

The office staff was amazing. They worked very hard to accommodate all of my family's needs. Kids love all of the green spaces that they can play in. Laundry room has all brand new equipment and it is so nice not having to go down stairs on laundry day. We got moved in just in time for the pool party and we had so much fun, even went home with some prizes! Close to everything. Apartments do look old on the outside, but the insides are very nice and comfortable. We are still waiting for the final touches to be put into place so I can start using the weight room any time. Right now it is only open during office hours, but they tell us special locks are going to be put in so we have 24/7 access. All of the equipment is brand new and the room is being updated. (if I had anytime access I would have given the amenities 5 stars) I do not have a car right now, but there is a ton of parking spaces. The last place I lived we had to park on the street and sometimes it was 2 blocks away from my front door. Was not worth having a car so I sold it, but with this place I am pretty sure I will not have that same issue. My apartment is also located close to a bus stop so for the time it is working for us.

Can not wait to move in. My friend moved in about 6 months ago and really has enjoyed herself. I do hope the fitness center and laundry room are completed soon.

Had a few maintenance issues when I moved in and Ben, the maintenance man, came by and took care of things. Very personable and efficient.

I have lived here for 18 years and I love it.

I have lived here since 1991. The office staff and maintenance staff are pretty easy to get along with and have been friendly and helpful to me. I LOVE the location. Close to bus lines all kinds of shopping including Wal-Mart and Winco. They have been working on getting a new laundry room and fitness center for a while so am hoping that it comes soon. They are not new apartments, but well cared for.

People are easy to get along with.

I sure would tell all of my friends and family to rent here because it's a great place to live
